Museumplein: A place where a skate community came to life, but has now been scattered along the city of Rotterdam, with no good alternative place to go. Consider this short film a love letter to the people that inherited that place, but also a cautionary tale of what happens when the municipality of a city does not involve their citizen with their plans.
